Cosmelan® Depigmentation Peel

The Cosmelan Peel is a professional depigmentation treatment developed by Mesoestetic, designed to reduce and control hyperpigmentation at its source. This advanced peel works by inhibiting melanin production, helping to visibly improve dark spots, melasma, and uneven skin tone while promoting a brighter, more even complexion.

The Cosmelan treatment is carried out in 3 key stages:

Step 1: A tailored 4-week at-home skincare programme is followed prior to treatment to strengthen the skin barrier, prepare the skin, and ensure optimal results.

Step 2: The professional Cosmelan mask is applied in clinic and left on the skin for 8 hours. It is then removed at home, beginning the depigmentation process and targeting excess melanin production.

Step 3: A structured maintenance phase using prescribed homecare products to regulate pigmentation, support skin recovery, and maintain long-term results.

Following the treatment, significant peeling, redness, and sensitivity are expected for up to 2 weeks as the skin renews and sheds damaged, pigmented cells. This is a normal and essential part of the process to achieve optimal results.

The Obagi Blue Peel RADIANCE® is a quick, superficial salicylic acid-based facial peel that exfoliates and helps improve overall complexion. It provides tighter, smoother, brighter-looking skin after just 1 use. A series of 4 – 6 peels provide the best results.

The DÉCAAR Algae peel

The DÉCAAR Algae peel is a combination of natural ingredients based on Algae, Herbs, and Perfluorodecalin. It works differently to any other skin resurfacer from the inside out, from the basal layer to the surface. It accelerates skin cell turn over from 4-8 weeks to an outstanding 72 hours.
